TaysolsBlue provides operational support for business performance management (BPM) and business intelligence (BI) systems. This includes access to the TaysolsBlue Helpdesk to log product or solution issues, the provision of retainer-based maintenance services and/or the design and implementation of process or system enhancements upon request.

The TaysolsBlue Helpdesk is your single point of contact for logging and managing your business performance management issues. Calls are categorised as product or solution specific, classified as defect or enhancement request, and assigned a priority. Calls are either resolved with the product vendor or, if solution-related, with the client through maintain and enhance mechanisms.
There are benefits in having experts available at critical times or when in-house resources are stretched. The 'Maintain' service is retainer-based and gives you access to our consultants when you need them most - during monthly closing cycles, organisational restructures or year end. 'Overflows' from the maintain services are addressed through the enhance function.
Not always can maintenance activities be planned well in advance; the need for enhancements or changes to your system can arise anytime. TaysolsBlue assists with the design, build and deployment of business process or system enhancements when needed. Use the log service to manage your enhancement requests, their approval process and implementation.
